  • Trained over 10 classes of newly hired trainees in pick.
  • Lead several tours and safety school courses.
  • Worked alongside Operations Managers and PA's to earn the trust of trainees and ensure they are well equipped and informed on safety, job principles and have great job performance.
  • Transported complete ready to ship Postal pallets to the correct outbound dock door for pick-up.
  • Safely transported and dispensed totes to pick stations while making sure the VIC area stays clean and clear of overflow.
  • Shadowed PA's during their work hours of running floor.
  • Learned the qualifications and process of correctly making sure department standards were met and exceeded.
  • Practiced staffing & auto-logging stations each work period as needed according to Autoflow Zone Distribution plan set by Flow.
  • Monitored RSP conveyance, serving as point of contact for jams/conveyor faults, escalating to Operations/Maintenance as needed.
