Bring parts to the line when co workers need it or has ran out of product. Once product is assembled and packaged up I load them onto a 53” inch trailer for shipping.

• Select orders using vocollect or rf scanners while operating electric pallet jack or center rider. Must reach 90% overall to meet required rate. I would always max out by reaching the highest rate to get the highest incentive.

• Load order into computer, Pick orders using stand up or sit down forklift(whichever I chose), print & sign BOL & load truck when customer arrived.

• Set up machine before working by making sure the press is ready for whatever material that is being made for production. Run the material and press but also observe each part to make sure there is no defects if so send to Quality or Rework station. Clean machine every so often as required so parts can look good.
