Lead management of NECC's Overwatch league.

Duties include creation of the league each semester, sorting teams and creating seasons based on a variety of factors pertaining to each individual team.

Oversaw organizational operations for roughly 400 teams each semester, consisting of 6-8 players and 1-4 managers per team.

Served on competition committee managing rule oversight for title.

I talk to hundreds of students each week networking and helping teams gather the best experience they can for that season.
