- To diagnose and repair carwash equipment that varies from hydraulics, welding, mechanical, pneumatics, vacuum machines, low voltage/480 PLC, plumbing, booster pumps, sump pumps, reverse osmosis machines, and general construction.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to enhance equipment efficiency and longevity.
- On new construction I worked with a team to install equipment in a high paced environment to meet set deadlines. Some examples of equipment are conveyor, air compressors, city water booster pumps, reclaim systems/booster, hydraulic gearbox on conveyor, dog/log chain, water panels, holding tanks, carwash tunnel equipment, etc.
- Interpreted complex blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately place equipment.
- As the company's lead welder I set and welded conveyor systems that would pull cars through wash tunnels.
- Install back house plumbing from back flow to equipment.
- Install copper air line from compressors to equipment.
- Worked flexible hours across night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
