  • Oversight and payment of all major construction projects including, major conduit installation, manhole, service box, vault installation and/or enlargements. In 2019, over 120 structures & 100,000+ feet of conduit were installed.
  • Due to heavy involvement with Major Service jobs, I was consistently in contact with many of our internal customers such as Energy Services, Engineering, Public Improvement & Corporate/Community Affairs. We worked closely in order to ensure that customers received service prior to set deadlines.
  • Verification and approval of my direct reports’ time worked, excused time and vacation time.

  • Became knowledgeable in both field and administrative duties pertaining to Corrective Action Reports/Notices of Violation, Code 753, Vented Covers, Contact (Stray) Voltage and Construction programs.
  • Observed and performed documentation of mark- outs executed by contractors. This was to ensure our facilities, such as Oil- O- Static pipes and Gas Transmission mains, are located and marked correctly for the Code 753 program.
  • Investigated and recorded damages to our facilities for Code 753.
  • Documentation of damage must be explicit with details and sketches of where and why the damage occurred.
  • Worked extensively with all three Contact (Stray) Voltage programs: Underground, Overhead, and Streetlight.
  • Required background in field testing, documentation, and data entry skills. I was required to assist in and handle multiple assignments for these three programs and meet deadlines mandated by the P.S.C.
  • Provided field oversight for contractors on multiple construction jobs ranging from extensive trenching & duct runs, to manhole enlargements, rebuilds, casting regrades & vented cover replacement.
  • Responsible for overseeing contractor to ensure work was performed per specification and all appropriate items were utilized and documentation was submitted for payment processing.
  • Assisted in planning and preparing work packages for the Stray Voltage program. Use of Visions, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access required for completion of packages.
