I ran Labor Mapping and FLO reports on a bi-weekly basis and sent the reports out the all of the Service POC's, so they could review, update and make any necessary changes. I conducted training for all new service employees who was responsible for Labor Mapping. Managed and communicated with the appropriate Medical Center personnel to effectively set up MCA Clinic set ups and coding of clinics. I maintained excel tracking spreadsheets, updating, adding and removing Service POC's. Completed various suspenses. Performed administrative reviews and special studies, working with MCA Program Analyst as necessary. Also, worked on medical rejects and DCM processing, updated pharmacy products and cost on a monthly basis.
