Responsible for performing highly skilled manual workinvolving installations alterations maintenance and repair task in electrical, along with basis hvac, plumbing, reading utility meters and assisting all other trade worker in mataintenance field. This position will be responsible for any assign maintenance repairs and duties and preventive maintenance work on campus, this positon will also assist in completing work when other skilled people are absent. This position play key role in supporting the building opertion on campus. This position report directly to assistant director of the Building Opertion and Facilities Management.

Job and Responsibilities:

● Troubleshoot and diagnosed all problems with electrical and electrical equipment, ● Basic HVACR and electronic control system, order and install replacement parts.

● Perform routine preventive maintenance on related MEP equipment EMS ( energy management system)

● Help maintain Boiler, Chillers, Air Handlers, Pumps, Motor Fan unit etc..

●Prepare reports, order necessary parts and complete daily work orders on work perform.

●Maintain work professional and technical college of electrical and mechanical and plumbing equipment use in campus.

●ON CALL DUTY: this position will be responsible to be on call on rotation basis with the other member of facilities team in the event of emergency.

●May be ask to assist other skilled trade workers with maintenance and repair on campus.

●This position may be required to response in an emergency on campus.

●This position may be asked to act as back up for absent employee.

●This position will help maintain inventory of supply and tools in facitilities department.

●Communicate with administrator, supervisor, and other in writing, and orally regarding service needs, customer servise needs and about equipment needs.

● May be asked to complete assign task

●Knowledge of operation of necessary tools equipment used to perform

●Must able to work with others in the team to perform duties.

●Must be able to work outside in extreme condition sush as cold,heat, wind or precipitation.

● Must be able to work unsupervised.
