· Develop individual accommodations plans for students with disabilities through an interactive process.
· Analyze and interpret third-party documentation such as medical, neurological, and psychological diagnoses.
· Consults with students and third-party providers regarding reasonable accommodations and oversees all campus community accommodation needs.
· Organize and implement outreach, educational/awareness, and networking programs on campus and in the broader community to educate the College community about disability-related issues and services; collaborate with other College resources.
· Support faculty, staff, and departments in addressing and resolving student access issues.
· Provide holistic case management, including progress monitoring, accommodations, and resource referrals.
· Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and staff.

· Assist the Student Success Center staff with testing center functions, including proctoring, monitoring, and facilitating exams.
· Education on academic accommodations, legal rights, and instructional, programmatic, and curriculum accommodations.
· Ensure confidentiality of student records.
· Represent the office at relevant College and non-College events and orientation programs for new students.
