Within a year and half of service in the US army, I worked into a leader position in charge of other service members. In this position I would train, correct their mistakes, remove them from positions they were unfit, supervise, and report to higher management on my team's results.

I'm team player that can problem solve and seek advice from others in order to complete the tasks at hand.

I would train and lead these service members on heavy equipment worth up to 15 million to conduct time sensitive tasks in rigorous environments under the scrutiny of senior leaders.

I've have worked in plenty of conditions in the El Paso area. I've worked in extreme weather conditions, usual working hours, I've travel for work across the country and international on my own and with others.
