Quinn Mooldyk

• Oversees the day-to-day operational aspects for development activities. Focus areas include database/CRM (Salesforce) and cloud document management, donor gratitude and communications, event & donor engagement coordination, vendor management, and other duties as assigned. Plays an important role ensuring all details required to support a variety of development activities run smoothly.

Grant Processing

• A. Build a rapport with scholars and families to maintain Fallen Patriots’ standards of integrity and support
• B. Engaged in daily calls to grantees/grantee families and enrolled students to determine and document the need for scholarship assistance
• C. Coordinate the distribution of checks to approved recipients

Program Administration

• A. Assist in the maintenance of the grant management system (Salesforce, CRM) to ensure data quality is complete/accurate
• B. Provide programmatic support to the Scholarship & Enrollment Director and report weekly on progress toward the defined program goals and objectives

Outreach

• A. Attend periodic conferences and events to assist Programs team in identifying new enrollees
• B. Communicate and coordinate with new families and students at events and engagements
• C. Speak at periodic events and interviews as a representative of Fallen Patriots and of the Gold Star community

• Led teams of 3-4 employees in high-demand, high-stress situations. Managed market operations; everything from managing logistics/operations of corporate events and markets to managing the supply chain.
• Oversaw all aspects of operations including logistics, operations for corporate events, marketing, scheduling, receivables, payables, employee development and morale, safety, and training programs for all locations.

• Provided emergency medical services to riders and staff members at Golden Gate Fields located in Berkeley, California.
• Successfully completed an Arizona Department of Health Services approved 150-hour Emergency Medical Technician Program. Nationally and State Certified Emergency Medical Technician.
