I am positive, energetic, and pride myself in completing tasks on time in both individual and team settings. I have experience with many aspects of solar installation; I recently installed a 180-panel system, under time, with just my foreman. I have assisted troubleshooting and servicing residential and commercial solar systems. I am dependable and communicate clearly. I strive to be honest, never cut corners, and can humbly admit my mistakes. I have helped care for needs of and managed the demands of a 130-person volunteer organization, developing both leadership and follower skills.
