I was on the wrestling team in high school for two years.  Wrestling is considered one of the most physically demanding sports in high school.  Wrestling adds tools into a person's life.  I learned about strength, endurance, failure, disappointment, and how to emotionally deal with various feelings, which are human emotions we will all experience at some point in our lives.
