• Bolt up psvs and pvrvs (regulated and pressure regulated valves) using hand tools impacts etc.
• Assist in reactor strips, weld bundle tubes, replace catalyst pellets in siv storage tanks.
• Run high pressure tubing / tubing.
• Recieve and complete work orders and filing the paperwork before the end of my shift

• Collaborated on welding projects, using STICK and TIG methods inside of tanks and in the field ( 7018. 3/32, 1/8, 5/32) Tig. 70s2, 70s6 wire

• welding floor sheets, door sheets, nozzles, man ways, rv piping, foam piping etc.

• assist in any and all other work being performed including bolt-up, hammer wrenching man ways assisting with roof installation, setting tank legs etc.

• Executed cuts. bent. and shaped metal. measurements and angles 3-4 times, carrying parts by hand or machinery depending on the size of the load
• Welding plate, beams , rebar, in all positions up to 5/32 rod
• Assisted helping any and all other crafts when there was no welding work to be performed
• Operated drott, jlg and skid steer
