I formerly served at the Country Club of Decatur in Decatur, Illinois, where I fulfilled roles as a Food Runner and a café chef. This experience equipped me with valuable skills in member interaction and ensuring precise food service. During the summer, I took on the position of head chef at the pool snack shop, overseeing inventory and maintaining stock.
This led to employment at H&M UTC in La Jolla, where I embraced a dynamic, fast-paced environment, gaining diverse insights into customer service. Subsequently, after obtaining a California Real Estate License, I joined Keller Williams. In this role, I honed my skills in utilizing CRM systems and cultivating customer relationships through methods such as cold calling and hosting open houses.
Currently, I am engaged at Hawthorne CAT, utilizing CRM systems to efficiently manage a customer base exceeding 500. In this multifaceted role, I collaborate with various departments, including service, credit/finance, parts warehouse, and power systems, ensuring timely and comprehensive customer care.
Simultaneously, I am a dedicated full-time student at San Diego State University, actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
