Quinton Hawkins

Provides administrative support and coordinates on court games, contests, and activations including selecting contestants from the audience with over 80 games of experience. As well as assist in the coordination of in-game elements with a focus on fan interactivity during pre-game, halftime and game breaks.

• Acts as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for the organization in and out of the arena during all games and various external events.

• Escorts and coordinates performers for game entertainment. (Ex- National Anthem Performers, DJ's, In Arena Host, etc).

• Works closely with the Pistons Dance Team Director, Extreme Team Director & Mascot Coordinator to assist with various game night needs.

• Supports the arena host during the games and assists camera shots by working with the production crew and designated LCA employees.

Assists with over 15 home games (Including playoffs) and coordinates activations on the felid and all throughout ford field with fans and other visitors such as past players and celebrities who come to the games and leave them with a great experience.

• Assist with halftime programming such as Youth Football Games, Homecoming, Halftime Performances, Salute to Service, Crucial Catch, etc.

• Works closely with partnerships to insure relationships with us and them stay connected on all accords.

• Work with others as a team to execute the gameday activation plans at Pride Plaza (outside), on the concourse, on the felid, and/or in the upper and lower bowl seating areas.

• Distribution of promotional materials at home games for contests and giveaways.

• A big emphasis on professionalism when around star athletes but also around celebrities who come to the games.

• Coordinates and attends client meetings with sellers and sales managers as needed to plan events and event logistics.

• collaborates with multiple departments to create and execute promotions such as remotes, events, van hits and other street team activities from start to finish (Drives promotional vehicles to all events).

• Experience running multiple social media accounts and Records events. (Examples are photos, videos, audio and social media measures for station promotions).

Keeping the energy high with all the fans in the crowd and concourse area from pregame to the end of the game with giveaways and plenty of interactive activations where I would be the lead.

• Assist game promotions such as fan of the game, trivia, T-shirt toss, Kids touchdown run, etc.

• Makes sure to keep track of the rundown of all promo activities to ensure that there are no miss activations, and everything is running smoothly.

• Ensure that all non-personal and others who don't have felid access fill out the proper documents before coming to the football field.
