• Loop checking of the field instruments to DCS Marshalling panel and troubleshoot of I/O modules (AI, AO, DI, and DO)
• Erection, commissioning and maintenance of Turbovisory vibrations, ID fan, FD fan, PA fan, BFP, CEP and CWP vibrations, bhel gravimetric mill feeder system, Bunker air blaster system, burner management system, Vent gas burner (VGB), Regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO), N2 & H2 Compressor and Hydrogenics, Thermal fluid heater, Spray dryer
• Experience in handling various calibrator BEAMEX MC6, AMETEK, FLUKE (low and high pressure, temperature and HART communicator)
• Calibration and troubleshooting fire and gas detectors for Crowcon, dragger, general monitor, Honeywell, DOD, Net safety etc...
• Calibration and troubleshooting Mass flow controller (MFC), Mass flow meter (MFM) for Brooks Company and Pressure Safety Valves, Back Pressure Regulator
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Emerson gateway communication
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Foundation field bus system
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of camera and security system

• Calibration and maintenance of Transmitters of Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, Analyzers and Switches, Gauges, Control valves
