My goal as a Resident Advisor is to provide attentive care and cultivate a safe, fun, nurturing environment to the students residing at Catamount East; to do so with the level of professionalism that one would provide to a patient seen on the day to day. Throughout my work experience in health care, military training, and the service industry I have learned how to deescalate, but also remain patient and calm in difficult situations. Additioanlly, I've had the opportunity to grow exceptional communication and time management skills throughout these experiences.
