- Responding to hot and cold calls from tenants making adjustments on induction units and bms to solve the problem replacing of fluorometer, vacuum breaker and solenoid
- Monthly start up of generator and understanding of sprinkler and dry pipe stand system, shut of fire pump drain down and refill system.
- Working on weekend project such as chill water shut down, condenser water down and electrical shutdown
