Duties include Fluoroscopic imaging of all age groups, walk-in imaging as well as scheduled bone density exams and bone surveys.

Work well with Radiologists, Radiology PA's, and Speech Pathologists to obtain quality images for patients.

Preceptor for junior and senior students in the Radiography program at Cape Fear Community College. I have pride in helping the students learn different exams and love to see them think critically about Radiographic images. Our site has won 'site of the year' multiple times and I have been awarded technologist of the year twice.

QC of imaging equipment, lead inspection, dosimetry badge management and ordering supplies for department.

Work with other departments in our facility to ensure the patient has a smoot transition from one exam to another if needed.

I recently cross trained in Computed Tomography, sat for and passed the CT boards, an am very excited to expand my skills in an outpatient setting that works with my current family demands.
