Rachael Enseing

Summary

I am Rachael Enseing, a board certified pharmacist in Minnesota. My journey started as a pharmacy intern in Rite Aid and CVS. Over the years I was able to complete my schooling while working in the above mentioned capacity. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to work in healthcare specifially pharmacy. This is because chemistry and physiology and the interplay between the two have always intrigued me. Through the years, I therefore have acquired and refined skills in prescription refills/verification, inventory management, team coordination/leadership and role delegation. I also have become proficient in vaccine administration, Medication therapy management (MTM), Drug utilization review (DUR) while working with a diverse patient population. As a pharmacist, our goal is always to try and ensure that we provide medication counseling/guidance in a respectful, culturally sensitive manner while utilizing evidence based practices to ensure safety, efficacy while avoiding errors and potential for harm.
