I am currently a student as the University of Michigan - Dearborn studying Computer Engineering. I worked as the head secretary for a real estate agency Century 21 Row for 6 years as well as in the food industry for 5 years through high school. The most important skills I've learned throughout my work history is to be attentive, timely, organized, and adaptable. I'm well versed in customer service as well as being a fast learner. My job mainly involved multi-tasking, doing a number of jobs all at once and quickly. My main task was to process listings, pendings, and closings, keeping track of required documents along with buyer and seller signatures, EMDs, commission checks, and closing checks. I also did marketing for the agents which included sending out postcards, making announcements on Facebook and other social media apps.
