Oversees the store-level execution of the visual merchandising strategies to create an enjoyable, easy customer shopping experience that generates new and repeat business

Create a CAD plan for each store based on the merchandising transitions, as assigned

Elevating space planning across all markets by providing training and overseeing CAD designers

Designed a workflow chart and developed the CAD designer role to expedite the delivery of floor plans to regional teams

Analyze floor plans and customer flow patterns to determine optimal locations for displays

Maintain high levels of knowledge on all Company products, initiatives and merchandising/visual procedures

Coach and train visual and regional teams to ensure adherence to companies standard

Manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews

Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered to
