Head Softball Coach /Contract Coordinator

  • * Responsible for all aspects of Women's Softball program in Div III setting.
  • - Financial management of multiple budgets
  • - Responsible for ordering all equipment, apparel and all program needs
  • - Planed all aspects of Team Travel trips ( Spring Break & Post Seasons)
  • * Transportation, Housing, Meals, scheduling etc
  • - Plan year round recruiting schedules, events, visits & Follow ups.
  • - successfully recruited Local, Regional & National Student Athletes
  • - Retained majority of SA over my time at Wheaton
  • - Over years have develops and run Strength & Conditioning for program
  • - Since implementing strength & conditioning coaches, worked with those coaches to develop continued programs that complement practice and game settings with the weight room.
