Duties include monitoring district wide math data to help drive instruction and plan teacher professional development, serving as a support role to math teachers in middle and high school classrooms, working with school and district leadership to help plan effective instructional strategies. This position requires me to be up to date on math instruction both on the state and national level.

Duties include writing district wide assessments, assisting all teachers k-12 with the Student Learning Objective process in math, assisting with new standards implementation, and helping to identify professional development needs of teachers at the district office.

Working closely with teachers and administrators to support classroom instruction and class management. Some of my responsibilities included planning instruction, observations, follow up conferences and leading professional development. Focus was on the new Common Core State Standards and assessments.
