Responded to clients through an online platform that reached out to Crisis Textline via phone (texting) or a variety of online platforms. Needs and crisis's varied from plans of suicide, depression, anxiety, life stressors, family/relational difficulties, reports of abuse and/or neglect, financial struggles and many others. Safety planned, provided resources, taught grounding techniques and de-escalated callers until they were at a place of safety and calm.

Work with children and families to access services, assess and ensure safety of children, and seek permanency that can be sustainable for children and their families.

Work with parents and members of the community to access community resources, clearly develop and convey case plans to the courts and other legal parties, and mediate difficult and hostile situations to enhance engagement and participation within each family plan.

Worked with youth between 10 - 18 who stayed a variety lengths of time at a youth shelter. Provided supervision, discussed interventions to support their reunification with parents, supervised evening and weekend daily tasks and activities.
