Driven by a passion for fostering community, growth, and love within Vineyard North Church, I excelled in organizing events for 30+ women, enhancing teamwork, and problem-solving skills. My commitment to personal growth and creativity was demonstrated through continuous learning and innovative ministry approaches, significantly impacting the church family's unity and spiritual growth.My experience as a stay-at-home mother of 6 has allowed me to grow in patience and a deep appreciation for a child's creative process. I have grown the skills necessary to be fun and affirming, while also maintaining the level of order needed for children to learn and grow. I am able to clearly communicate expectations, and consistently address issues that arise with grace and kindness.
