Experienced with 17 years of serving, including 9 years of bartending, and 2 years of restaurant front of house management. I thrive under pressure both behind the bar and on the floor. I am a strong believer in working as a team and considering my own success as my peers success. As well as the other way around. I'm hard working and take pride in what I do, and I will always help a peer out. In my opinion you can always make time for each other. I am looking for bartending AND serving hours, supervisor or management as well. If serving I would ultimately like to pair with supervising or bartending as well; I’m very flexible and love to work. I'm firm in that decision and pay attention to how I'm trained in any areas. (In my experience, every restaurant is different.)
