Answer customer service calls from MPS district staff and programs, route/schedule school bus transportation for regular ed students using Edulog Program, process/schedule school field trips and athletic trips for transportation. I have knowledge of Discovery student information system, Infinite Campus student information system, Edulog program, Synovia. I have worked assignment disptatch to answer radio calls from drivers, customer service for contractors, assign work to drivers, document reports of accidents/incidents. I hold a CDL class B with school bus and passenger endorsements, as a backup driver.
