As K-3 Lead teacher, I planned and prepared developmentally appropriate lessons, had clear goals and objectives for each child which reflected their abilities and learning styles, managed a caring and safe environment, maintained records of attendance and monitored the student's social growth and intellectual learning, as well as, participating in staff and parent meetings, developing social activities to include parents in their child's educational experience, recording and calculating payments for monthly tuition and making deposits each month.

I provided educational services to families who have been referred by child protective services. I assisted the families by visiting them in their homes and teaching parenting and adult life skills. I also assisted these families in finding jobs, housing, food, clothing or any other necessities needed to live a more productive life. I created monthly reports and attended any meetings (court or otherwise) that were required for my clients.
