During her time at SEI, Rachel has supported two clients, in different capacities. Internally at SEI, she supports business development activities including selling SEIs capabilities and account expansion efforts. She is currently the co-Recruiting Lead and manages the talent pipeline from application to onboarding.


Communications PM, Mercer, Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Served as a PM for the divestiture of two books of business, as part of the overall corporate strategy. This deal impacted over 3,000 employees and ~400 clients globally.
  • Managed teams to ensure deadlines were met. This included being accountable for global communications for both the seller and buyer, project plans, status updates, RAID log, change support and transition support.
  • Developed a robust communication plan to support the deal announcement, deal closing, and throughout the transition services agreement.
  • Engaged key stakeholders (legal, finance, real estate operations , HR and IT) to ensure a smooth transition to the buyer.


Go-to-Market Lead, Sony Music Entertainment, Global Digital Business

  • Led change management efforts for five internal and external analytics tools that supported record labels, artist teams, and shared services.
  • Drove incremental adoption at a global scale by: developing strategic communications plans, creating and distributing marketing materials (emails, newsletters, demos, open houses, etc.), and developing trainings.
  • Served as a liaison between product teams and customers to influence the roadmap, using a human-centric approach.
  • Successfully navigated the segmented organization to secure buy-in from record labels. This included the development of a robust stakeholder analysis used to drive organizational alignment.
  • Identified and launched a global "Office Champions" program.

Rachel joined Deloitte as a Human Capital Business Analyst in the Government and Public Sector. She quickly worked her way up to Consultant and served three clients during her time at the firm.


Change Management & Training Lead, DoD Medical Bureau

  • Led change and training initiatives for an enterprise-wide medical procurement system.
  • Traveled globally to DoD bases, extensively coordinating with end users and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify change opportunities. This resulted in stakeholder buy-in and the development of a robust user adoption program, tailored to each military ranking and clinic's needs.
  • Delivered in-person, two-week intensive supply chain trainings throughout North America and Asia.
  • Redesigned and migrated the training program to an eLearning solution (Adobe Captivate) during COVID-19.
  • Implemented a Help Desk resource for IT support.


Change Management Lead, DoD Health Agency

  • Leveraged PROSCI methodologies to support an enterprise-wide electronic health record deployment.
  • Coordinated with PMs and SMEs to define the scope of each deployment.
  • Developed a change management assessment that informed the strategic communication and training plans.
  • Delivered a change impact analysis that identified functional and technical pain points. This data informed training collateral and lessons learned for future deployments.
