Everyday things are continuously changing. Some changes may not be as good as we want or would like them to be; however, in education an educator has to do what is in the best interest of the child.
As an educator, one must have the mindset to want to grow. In order to grow, one must be willing to change and be open minded to feedback. Ultimately, the end goal is to do what is in the best interest of the student. The ways of learning and teaching five to ten years ago are gone, whether we, as educators, like it or not. To be successful in your job, an educator must change with the times.
