  • As a facilitator of Emergency Decompensation Simulations for MICU, I help oversee setup of SIM along with ensure a safe environment for learning for staff. Participate in research, and assist in education for staff
  • Provider Led Education: I started this initiative in 2023 and continue to seek out Providers to teach once a quarter to our staff. Education is provided on a topic that is simultaneously agreed upon by both Providers and Nurses
