  • Collaboration: coordinate and support district-wide Systems Improvement and Student Achievement (SISA), build relationships and communicate with building principals, partner with other SISA coordinators to ensure alignment and integration of projects, assist district staff with analyzing student data to increasing student achievement, participate in district-wide instruction leadership, and ensure that all work is aligned with district vision, mission and core values in order to provide a culturally inclusive and welcoming environment
  • PK-8 Pathways: lead implementation of new PK-8 programming, facilitate curriculum development, articulate vertical alignment with 9-12 Pathways, provide differentiated professional development, establish community partnerships, and articulate guaranteed student enrichment experiences
