- Implemented a coin reward system that I had used when teaching 2nd grade. All first grade teachers saw that it improved their test scores after also implementing the system into their classrooms.

- Prepared and administered grade-specific tests and examinations regulated by school district to monitor students' growth and to report progress to parents.
