Completed an industrial factory building ahead of schedule within the budget. Elaborated all the project preparation with cost estimates, schedules, technical specification, and tender documentations in 6 months. The construction was executed in 18 months and cost of $2 million.
The project used energy efficiency building design by using proper thermal materials. At the roof, same roof tiles were transparent to save energy.
