My name is Rachel Sharon and I am a second year management major at Bentley University. As a student at Bentley, I have developed strong organizational and communication skills.   • Promoted to the Senior Counselor position for summer of 2021 due to exemplary work and creativity and led over 30 campers and counselors
  • Won the Team Spirit Award for being a leader within group and was recognized as a counselor with a positive attitude serves as a spirited mentor for campers
  • Managed a group of 14 counselors in order to create a safe, active, and enjoyable environment for 110 campers
  • Received weekly recognition from supervisors at every counselor meeting for accomplishments within group setting
  • Earned high-profile rewards such as camp “Varsity Jacket” and a “Swag Bag” for running event days and creating new games were enjoyed by over 900 campers and counselors
