Rachel Sharon

My name is Rachel Sharon and I am a second year management major at Bentley University. As a student at Bentley, I have developed strong organizational and communication skills. My strengths include my attention to detail, creativity, and time management. I am currently a member of the Women's Leadership Program, which accepts only 13% of applicants, as well as DECA, a business competition club where I placed first in the region and hold an executive board position as the Vice President of Communications.

Women's Leadership Program 

• One of only 13% of applicants accepted to the Women's Leadership Program at Bentley University in June 2022
• Engaging in several workshops with prominent business figures at top companies
• Learning about background of women in business and how to use it to advantage in workplace scenarios
• Serving as a mentor to an incoming student in the program

DECA

• Achieved first place at the 2023 Associative Qualifying Conference for states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island in order to qualify for the 2023 International Career Development Conference
• Executive Board Member, Vice President of Communications
• Competed against qualified student participants from top universities at the 2023 International Career Development Conference
• Planning and running club events and five practices for the Associative Qualifying Conference and International Career Development Conference
• Created and presented budget presentation for the 2023 DECA year to a panel of judges
• Communicated with superiors in order to book spaces for meetings and events
