Responsible for product quality from external manufacturers of Cardinal Health branded products - specifically medical devices designed to diagnose diseases and infection in patients. This role is high level and requires close collaboration with marketing and sourcing business partners. In addition to my main assignments, I have also led process improvement projects and site audits.

Main support for quality engineers on daily activities and continuous improvement projects. Supported the quality manager on administrative duties, project management tracking, and ensuring deadlines were met.

This was a hybrid role that supported the implementation of the quality program at GTI and R/D activities. Top accomplishments include the following: Published research in the utilization of near infrared spectroscopy in THC potency detection, vape battery quality initiatives, and multi-site tincture bottle capping improvements.

Lead technician for ETS and Apex extraction equipment. Developed multiple SOPs for the extraction department and stayed on top of daily production KPIs. Supported winterization, carbon filtration, distillation, and chemical analysis of crude oil, distillate, live resin, terpenes, and other infused products.
