  • Both my parents work as educators in local communities such as the Saint Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Community. I have learned much from observing and assisting them in their teaching roles and have enjoyed the experience of being involved, even in part, with helping to educate others.
  • Social Experience
  • While I am not yet a licensed educator, I have often taken on a leadership role in my relationships with classmates, friends and family, in which I assist them using my knowledge. I rely on my past experiences in order to create an inviting space in which they feel they can learn from me and take in new information. I help them apply new information and understand novel concepts in a way that is engaging and comfortable for each learner.

About Me

I am a 21-year-old student attending the University of North Texas. I am majoring in Art Education and have achieved an Art History minor. I am a White American, born and raised in Houston TX, but I moved to Denton TX to pursue schooling. I identify as sexually queer and gender queer. I am passionate about learning and teaching and sharing knowledge with others. I look forward to the positive impact I can make on others, both through my academic work and through the social connections I make along the way. Beyond education, I am invested in developing my own body of work and using my artwork to interact with and connect with others, as well as convey specific thoughts and emotions. I enjoy interacting with media of various types, be it books, video games, TV shows, and more. I also enjoy sharing this media and using it as inspiration for how I engage with others.
