· Worked closely with the clinic director at Integrated Medical Group (IMG) Physical Therapy to decrease no-show and cancellation rate to less than 10% through the use of visit reminders and increase patient engagement with Google reviews from past, current and future patients in a fast and cost efficient manner. City of Refuge Ministries
