Driven by a passion for fostering academic growth, I excelled at Hartselle City Schools, enhancing student engagement and literacy development. Leveraging skills in classroom management and multi-subject instruction, I consistently implemented teaching methods, significantly boosting learning outcomes. My approach, blending instructional strategies with positive reinforcement, nurtured a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Being an enthusiastic educator with communication and interpersonal skills necessary to lead classrooms and execute lesson plans is a priority to maintain within my classroom. I provide instruction and guidance to all students from kindergarten to 6th grade, while creating positive classroom environments and effectively managing student behavior.

Through Hazel Green Elementary, I gained more experience as a qualified special education teacher with a proven background in fostering inclusive learning environments and enhancing student engagement. I successfully implemented individualized education plans that improved student outcomes and promoted collaborative classroom culture. Demonstrating my ability in curriculum development and classroom management to support diverse learning needs was also an achieved goal through my year as a 3rd and 4th grade collaborative teacher.
