I worked on the hospice unit. My duties were to assist families while their loved ones were there. We reposition, bath, did oral care,made sure both parties was comfortable.
Here I worked the Med/Surge Department. I was responsible for taking vitals, passing ice, repositioning bed bound patients, and bathing some patients. Every 2 hours we took vitals.
