RAE Tuschhoff

Tucson,AZ

Summary

I am passionate in work that promotes inclusive access in education. While in undergraduate courses, I made considerable effort towards taking a variety of courses related to many student backgrounds that seldom receive standalone programming within the education field. My thematic minor encompassed race, class, gender, and socioeconomic class, as well as disability, religion, LGBTQ+, culture, and mental health.

I heavily emphasize empathy and integrity in my work. I believe quality work considers diverse perspectives, uses an interdisciplinary lens, is open to growth, and is welcoming towards multiple methods of problem-solving. As a new professional, I bring a fresh perspective alongside a strong willingness to learn and use tenured knowledge.
