  • My role as level 4 operator consists of working as a team with my coworkers, gathering raw materials to make batches of cleaning products and also unloading and loading trucks as well
  • I follow datasheets/SOPS to follow an order of operation of how the batches should be made and test the quality at the end
  • Did not operate a fork truck but we did use a hand truck which we had to inspect before and after each shift
  • In between that process, we also have to conduct lab work to ensure the quality is meeting the requirements
  • Perform viscosity testing's, weight per gallons, PH testing's, and if need be; calibrating lab equipment

  • This position involves blending, mixing and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings
  • following SOPs to create paint from different chemicals/solvents, water based and powders to mix material into small portable tanks or large tanks
