Coffee Master Program

I am excited and honored to be enrolled in Starbucks coffee master program. I have always wanted to be able to share and connect on the small details about how are coffee is made and where it comes from. My favorite piece of knowledge that I have been gifted from the coffee master program is that our master brewers from all around the world are working with and mixing ingredients that grew naturally and already existed. The master roasters took and saw potential that was already there and drew out and grew specific parts of the flavors and mixed them together to create the favorite popular coffees we share today. The best part of this knowledge is that all of the flavors we have today had already existed, and were just needing specific ingredients and flavor profiles to be grown and brought to life. This knowledge is my favorite specifically because its comparable to us as baristas, as we all have our own unique potential that just has to be seen and grown. Every single barista has there own unique and beautiful potential within them that can be grown to make a huge impact on others. When we mix our potential together and highlight specific strengths, we are unforgettable, just like our favorite flavors.
