
Compassionate and patient-centered Registered Nurse with ICU experience caring for high-acuity surgical and trauma patients, developing skills in assessment, early complication recognition, and emotional support for patients and families. Experienced in working closely with postpartum mothers and newborns through five years of maternity and infant photography, promoting safe newborn handling, comfort, bonding, and parent education. • Perform frequent and comprehensive assessments, interpreting vital signs, neurologic status, respiratory patterns, and fluid balance to detect early changes and promote timely intervention.

• Support new parents through education, reassurance, and clear communication—helping them feel confident, valued, and empowered during vulnerable postpartum moments.
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and emotional intelligence by customizing experiences to reflect each family’s values, traditions, milestones, and transitional needs.
• Build strong therapeutic-like relationships through active listening, empathy, and relational communication—skills essential for maternal and newborn education, recovery, and emotional well-being.
• Manage full client experience from inquiry to delivery, including scheduling, informed consent, contracts, parent education materials, communications, and follow-up support.
• Maintain a safe, sanitized, and developmentally appropriate studio environment with attention to newborn safety protocols, infection prevention, temperature control, and comfort practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development through newborn safety training, workshops, mentorship, and certifications to expand knowledge of safe handling, parent education, and family-centered care.
