My roles in this position include

• Having the ability to maintain demanding shift and hours.
• Training other operators about the machinery and the correct way to operate it safely.
• Being kind and respectful to accommodate everyone.
• Positive attitude. As a trainer it is very important to make your trainees feel as comfortable and welcome as possible in a new environment.
• I must have the ability to use machinery in a timely manner, and the most time and quality efficient way.
• Pay close attention to my paperwork. My paperwork must be filled out properly to order for my inventory to be correct. Especially when training new operators.

My roles in the position included

• Very excellent customer service, regardless of if the customer was pleased or unpleased with their shopping experience. It was always important to stay polite and collected.
• A very good understanding of customer needs and wants.
• Must have a very good relationship with customers, as if I were treating them as family. They were always happy to have me assist them.
• Must manage time very well. I had to make sure my customers orders were completed within the given time frame.
• I was responsible for scanning items properly and making sure customers followed that also.
• I made sure the items were the correct items that matched the barcodes. This greatly impacted our inventory.
