I have been working since i was 14. I started off with managing my own landscaping business. I continued to do this for multiple years. Eventually I was hired as a part-time Rosarian/General Landscape manager. Once, I was hired, I decided to work for him as well as manage my own business on the side. I decided to hire some peers of mine and kids i go to school with so that I am able dedicate my time to work whilst keeping the landscaping business. I made this decision due to the fact that I try to anvoid having free time ans I enjoy being busy. Early on, this helped me quickly develope a good work ethic.
