- Participate in outreach activities (i.e. door-to-door outreach, tabling, emails, fliers, phone banking, and social media outreach).
- Support staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
- Conducted comprehensive needs assessments using surveys and focus groups to identify areas for youth engagement and program development
- Assists in planning and executing of community outreach events, resulting in increased community engagement, relations, and satisfaction.
- Support FMC’s Workers Rights program and campaigns by working with FMC staff to implement grassroots organizing strategies and participate in outreach team meetings.
- Conceptualizing and implementing youth-focused projects such as FMC's Migration Interview Documentary, aligning them with organizational goals and community needs
- Gaining hands-on experience in various software programs such as DaVinci Resolve and Sonix.AI, increasing proficiency and expanding technical skill set.
