During my time With M.A.S I Lead field teams, also focused on boosting both the quality and efficiency of our work. My role involved skillfully managing subcontractors, ensuring they finished tasks on time and met our high standards for workmanship. Coordinating schedules for subcontractors, consultants, and vendors was key to keeping projects on track. I also played a hands-on role in driving project goals by working closely with clients, decision-makers, and vendors daily. Furthermore, I made job site safety a priority by doing regular inspections and making sure everyone followed OSHA rules. I Was very hands on with checking measurements from the Railing stage to the Slab prep stage to make sure no concrete was going under or over the limit needed for the job to stay within budget of the job.
