• Completed comprehensive face-to-face interviews with subjects, neighbors and employers to generate reports to document investigative findings.
• Served as a liaison between investigators, attorneys, and witnesses.

• Exercised on-the-spot judgement in regards to whether a case fit a specific profile for approval and/or denial by the Firm.
• Documented evidence of bodily injury, accident scene, and property damage.
• Conducted 100+ investigations per month covering the Tri-County area.

Accomplishments:

• Developed a dangerous area protocol to ensure maximum safety of all firm investigators.
• Developed a protocol to improve communication between investigators and intake personnel in order to maximize departmental efficiency.
• Chosen by my direct supervisor to train all incoming investigator personnel, this incudes having developed a departmental training manual to be used for all new hires.
